I think Killer Bee would win, but certainly not with ease. I believe people are underestimating Kisame's swordsmanship, he is part of the 7 swordsmen of the mist so his kenjutsu should atleast be better than Sasuke's. Of course, he also has Samehada which is hardly a normal blade - I doubt raiton sword would pierce through it.I seriously think it would take Bee to go full bijuu or atleast more than 3 tails to be able to beat Kisame. Hachibi hasn't really shown any ninjutsu and Kisame has the advantage in that department as he can use Mizubunshins and other suitons. A lucky water-prison could screw Hachibi.
So, first let’s talk a bit about the two. Tobirama Senju was the second Hokage of Konohagakure and the brother of Hashirama Senju. Tobirama has created many overpowered techniques like Shadow Clone, Edo Tensei, Teleportation Jutsu, etc.It is said that he has created numerous water style techniques as well. For this reason, he is remembered as “the creator”.
It does seem to be that he is very a powerful shinobi but can he overcome Kisame Hoshigaki in a battle most people will say yes but let’s see what you guys say after reading this post.Now, coming to Kisame Hoshigaki. He was an S rank rogue shinobi from Kirigakure. He was easily one of the strongest users of water style that we have seen in the whole of the NarutoVerse.So, let’s now officially start to compare these two legendary Shinobi. First of all, we haven’t seen a whole lot of Tobirama Senju in the series and have clearly seen Kisame more.Kisame has only been in two real battles and both of them were with legendary characters, one Might Guy and the other Killer Bee.
Even though Kisame lost against Guy, but he is someone who even Madara Uchiha couldn’t compete with.When he fought Killer Bee I was really surprised strong he was in the water. He could move at an unbelievable speed in water.
When Killer Bee launched a tailed beast bomb at him he absorbed all the chakra using the water shark bomb. He was known as a Tailless Tailed Beast, this should give us an idea about how powerful he really is.I also think that Kisame Hoshigaki is one of the most underrated characters in NarutoVerse.Killer Bee even ripped his chest open and still, he was easily able to regenerate the whole of his body with the chakra that he absorbed from Killer Bee. Now, coming to the second Hokage of Konohagakure, Tobirama Senju.In the series if compared the feats of Kisame Hoshigaki are more than that of Tobirama Senju in my opinion.
Also, Kisame is the best water style user I’ve seen in NarutoVerse but same cannot be said for Tobirama.We never saw Tobirama to something amazing while using water style, to be honest. Also, Tobirama Senju died while fighting Kinkaku and Ginkaku. The first time he fought against them he was left in a near death state and the second time he was killed.Remember these are the same Kinkaku and Ginkaku who were sealed by Darui in the fourth great war.
Even though Darui did so with the help of the tools, but we know that Tobirama Senju is stronger than Darui for certain.But, Kisame Hoshigaki has a better chance of beating Kinkaku and Ginkaku than Tobirama because of his regeneration abilities and his chakra absorption ability.I think Kisame would have killed both of them. Kisame could absorb their chakra, regenerate, deliver fatal blows and that would be it for the Gold and Silver brothers.But, Tobirama did beat Izuna didn’t he, of whom we do not know much of but, he was on par with Madara Uchiha. Tobirama defeated him because he was able to outsmart him and Izuna was almost blind due to his excessive use of the Mangekyou Sharingan as well. Nonetheless, he did beat a powerful shinobi.Now, if Kisame Hoshigaki would face Tobirama Senju, even Tobirama Senju is able to deliver a fatal blow to Kisame he can just regenerate.

But Tobirama Senju does have something up his sleeve that could kill even Kisame Hoshigaki. He has the ability to use Mutually Multiplying Explosive Tags.This jutsu will not stop creating explosive tags until Kisame is dead and thus will lose the battle.
Also, Tobirama has so many Fuinjutsu as well in his arsenal he could easily seal away Kisame Hoshigaki. Thus, I think that in the battle between Kisame vs Tobirama, Tobirama will win but Kisame Hoshigaki also is no pushover.That is it from today’s post on Kisame vs Tobirama Senju.
